How We Got Started?
Back in 2018, we started noticing a common problem in healthcare. There were plenty of labs around, but most of them were only focused on handling crowds. Very few were actually paying attention to the quality of reports or the kind of care people expected.
We would often see patients waiting for hours just to get a basic blood test done. Many of them received their reports but had no idea what the numbers meant. There was no one to guide them, no one to explain things, and no one to make them feel supported. It felt like people were being left on their own. That gap in the system really bothered us.
So we decided to do things differently.
What we wanted was very straightforward. A test should be right, easy to get, and handled with proper attention. When people get their reports, they should understand them. They should not feel confused or left on their own. The whole process should feel simple, not stressful.
This is how Areca Diagnostics began in 2018. We didn’t want to run a place that only counts how many patients walk in. We wanted to build something that actually helps people, that treats them with care, and makes the whole healthcare experience feel a little more human.

How do we plan to achieve our purpose?
Everything we do is based on four things: Awareness, Affordability, Accessibility, and Accuracy. These are the points we keep in mind in our lab work, customer support, and even when our team goes for home sample collection.
We know healthcare can feel costly for many people. So we try to keep our test prices reasonable. Our idea is simple — good testing should not be out of reach. People should be able to check their health without worrying too much about money.
Everyone has a busy life, and sometimes visiting a lab becomes difficult. To make it easier, we offer home sample collection. If someone can’t come to us, we make sure our team reaches them. This way, people can get tested without disturbing their routine.

Medical guidance is led by Dr. Sunita Gour (BEMS), Consultant and Medical Adviser, ensuring accurate clinical direction. Diagnostic accuracy is strengthened by Dr. Deepankar Parmar (MD Pathologist), who supervises pathology reporting with strict quality standards. Supporting laboratory excellence, Arvind Prajapati (BMLT), Lab Technician & Manager, manages advanced testing processes and quality control. Together, our team follows standardized diagnostic protocols to deliver reliable, timely, and trustworthy test results.
